We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Leader to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about fragrances and has a knack for building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for leading the sales floor, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of sales associates to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase sales.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by participating in sales promotions, visual displays, and other initiatives.
