The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries and technical issues. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues requiring further attention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and help documentation.
  • Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to the product team.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficiency with the following tools: Intercom, Confluence, Jira, Gmail, Twilio, and Slack.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Location

We are open to candidates in the Philippines, Latin America, and South Africa.
