Senior Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at The Golden Lotus Sprinklers Co. Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working approximately 30-40 hours per week, with primary responsibilities focused on driving sales growth in the English-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote sales to existing clients through targeted campaigns and strategic account management
- Identify and solicit new potential clients by leveraging market insights and industry knowledge
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, facilitate transactions, and prepare comprehensive contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product design and enhance overall customer experience
- Offer ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain market awareness and communicate key benefits of our products and services
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in sales development or related field with a strong track record of achievements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with capacity to navigate complex situations
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and technologies, including CRM systems
