As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, developing personalized treatment protocols, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee clinical operations to ensure high standards of patient care in medical aesthetics.
  • Work in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to create and enforce clinical protocols, policies, and procedures tailored to aesthetic treatments.
  • Maintain ongoing training and ensure compliance with current aesthetic trends to provide state-of-the-art treatments and uphold best practice.
  • Perform cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, and stay informed about the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training.
  • Mentor and train staff on latest techniques, protocols, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the community about aesthetic services.
Requirements:
  • Board Certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty preferred (e.g. dermatology, plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery).
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in the aesthetics field.
