As a key member of the Chucks Roadhouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Lead to join our team at Chucks Roadhouse. As a senior supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of food preparation and service staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.

The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, with a strong background in client-focused hospitality services. You will work collaboratively with other departments to maintain high-quality standards and ensure seamless operations.

This is a full-time position, working 32.5 hours per week, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members to prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and coaching to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in food preparation and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
