Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Services Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, focusing on candidates with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
