About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Majha Wala Transportation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our dispatch operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with drivers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Operations: Manage and coordinate the dispatch of drivers and vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Driver Management: Supervise and support a team of drivers, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics and Planning: Analyze and optimize logistics and transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports on dispatch operations, driver performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, preferably in transportation or logistics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Personal Qualities: Client-focused, efficient, organized, reliable, and a team player.
