Employee Relations Specialist

At Diabsolut, we are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. As a key player in handling day-to-day HR queries, you will ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions and deliver maximum value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation.
  • Resolve any HR-related issues that may arise and promote a conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management, including gathering and analyzing HR metrics.
  • Maintain employee files and records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team-building activities.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a related role.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  • Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as good knowledge of employment and/or labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with an aptitude in problem-solving.
