- Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clients receive comprehensive solutions to their financial challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence, or obtain it within three months of hiring.
- Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
