Job Title: Banking Advisor

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers. Your analytical skills and friendly approach will enable you to offer a people-centric experience, meeting the diverse needs of our clients.

This role offers opportunities for development and growth, including the chance to obtain your mutual fund representative licence and expand your responsibilities. You will work closely with a team of experts to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and solutions for Personal and Small Business clients.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Requirements:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence.
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
