Job Title: Air Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating air freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the operations team in coordinating air freight shipments
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide solutions
  • Manage and maintain client databases and shipping records
  • Oversee pricing, quotes, and RFP/RFQs to ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Verify and troubleshoot shipping and customs documentation
  • Update, send, and approve invoices to customers
  • Customs duties and compliance
Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proficient computer skills with a business level understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
