About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Pricing Analyst to join our team at Ceva Logistics. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent high levels of service, profitability, and cost efficiency while adhering to all applicable company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify different transport possibilities with airlines and transport companies and negotiate best possible rates for clients.
  • Understand customer needs and bring innovative solutions.
  • Recommend insurance.
  • Produce rates in the operational system according to the needs of the clients and within the time limits.
  • Follow up on rates.
  • Act as the resource person for the Bolloré Group network, suppliers, and customer service department (both internal and external).
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments of Ceva Logistics.
  • Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
  • Other tasks as defined by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or post-secondary education or experience, Two to three years of related experience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required.
