We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, provide basic information, and obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, order office supplies, and record and relay information.
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
