Job Overview

A senior Enterprise Architecture Specialist is required to lead the development of comprehensive Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will define solution architectures, ensure alignment with business objectives and Azure Cloud standards, and facilitate workshops to drive architectural direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-practice implementations by defining overall solution architecture and supporting functional and technical architects.
  • Align solution architecture with client's business goals and objectives, ensuring maximum return on investment in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Ensure solution alignment with client's architecture standards and existing application portfolio.
  • Facilitate architecture workshops, providing architectural direction in areas such as user experience, configuration, customization, data migration, application integration, quality assurance, change management, instance strategy, and environment provisioning.
  • Deliver solutions using Hitachi Solutions' Unified Framework methodology and FastTrack success-by-design framework, anchored in best practices for configuration, customization, and application lifecycle management.
  • Effectively manage associated issues and risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget implementation delivery meeting clients' needs and requirements.
  • Identify and communicate cross-area or cross-release issues affecting other project areas.
  • Participate in steering committee meetings with the customer and quarterly business reviews within Hitachi Solutions to ensure solution delivery.
  • Ensure security best practices are applied throughout the engagement's lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development of Hitachi intellectual property and Packaged Services initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales teams with subject matter expertise in Dynamics 365 and architecture best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or MS preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value by leveraging technology, communicating strategic technical concepts at an executive level, and being a trusted voice at decision-making tables.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • 7+ years designing and delivering CRM or ERP solutions.
  • 5+ years (or 3+ projects) implementation experience with Customer Engagement or Finance and Operations in enterprise scenarios.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure Cloud and practical experience with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure API Management.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role ranges from CAD $145k to $205k per year, depending on responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills relevant to the role, internal equity, and market data.
