We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Life Skills Worker to join our team at the Willowview Mental Health Centre in Vernon, B.C. This role will contribute to a supportive and empowering environment that enhances the residents' recovery.

* Facilitate clients' movement toward independent living through maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
* Engage in daily activities with clients based on their care plans
* Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and empowering environment

### Scheduling Information
* Shift types: days, evenings, and nights
* Shift times: 07:30 to 15:30, 15:00 to 22:00, 23:30 to 07:30, 11:00 to 19:00 hours
* Casual opportunity with no guaranteed hours
### About This Location/Unit
Willowview is a short-stay facility providing services for adult community support, adult short-term assessment and treatment, and crisis intervention. The facility has a maximum capacity of seven beds and offers various services, including group therapy and peer support.
