Carter's seeks a seasoned retail professional to lead our stores and teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Online Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand for growing families, playing a vital role in congratulating new parents and grandparents on their milestones.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in retail or related management, demonstrating proficiency in computer and technology skills. You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with at least two closing shifts per week. In return, you can expect a competitive compensation package estimated around $**$85,000-$110,000**
