About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 1455472 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Stock and Maintain Store Displays: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Work Effectively in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
