About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 1455472 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Stock and Merchandise: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain a visually appealing store display, and ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Work with Technology: Operate a point-of-sale system, use a price scanner, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
