- Client Service: Provide excellent service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Loan Processing: Process loan applications, including verifying creditworthiness and gathering required documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure that all loan applications and related documentation comply with regulatory requirements.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
