Job Title: Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at J.T. Insurance Services (Canada), Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors
  • Coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and other organizations
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Prepare and administer contracts and other documents

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced insurance industry environment
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language
