Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure accurate ordering.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet business needs.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tim Hortons 8173, you will work in a fast-paced cafeteria environment with a team of dedicated staff. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
