Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Yummy Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Plate Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
