Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our team at Urban Nail Bar Ltd. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front end, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for front end staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Supervise Front End Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to front end staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
