About The Royal Palace Ab Inc.

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team. As a Front End Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our front-end operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

We are looking for a Front End Supervisor who can hire and train or arrange for the training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Financial Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for authorizing payments by cheque and ensuring that our financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

Inventory Management

As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for ordering merchandise and authorizing the return of merchandise to ensure that our inventory levels are optimal.

Scheduling and Reporting

You will be responsible for establishing work schedules and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.

Problem-Solving

The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Team Leadership

You will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating the activities of workers to ensure that our business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Front End Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a Front End Supervisor who is flexible, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.

Work Terms

The successful candidate will work on a permanent basis with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
