At Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, we're seeking a skilled Senior Business Systems Analysis Consultant to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in business application developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and advice on business application developments to ensure growth and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead technical discussions with clients to interpret complex information and influence decisions regarding technology utilization.
- Develop and recommend activities required for the application of new technologies to support existing processes and client needs.
- Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and directors to provide expertise on technology functionality and utilization.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analysis role within Capital Markets, leading projects and designing solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to elicit requirements and write strong documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with diverse teams and clients.
- Familiarity with SQL, Jira/Confluence, Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft office applications.
- Experience within the Capital Markets domain, specifically in Equities, Risk, Prime Brokerage, FX, and Treasury.
