Audit Manager

Fed Finance is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team in downtown Montreal. As a key member of our accounting firm, you will be responsible for leading assurance and compilation files, providing guidance and support to auditors, and ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement work plans, setting deadlines and priorities for various mandates
- Supervise and review assurance and compilation files, providing regular updates and support to auditors
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Evaluate the performance of professional staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Participate in office planning meetings to ensure alignment with company goals
- Hold a CPA auditor designation and have at least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm
- Have a thorough knowledge of ASPE and NCOSBL, as well as superior oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Be proficient in Caseware, Taxprep, and the Office suite
