About the Role
MNP's Enterprise Audit Practice is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our audit teams and ensure the application of correct accounting practices and methodologies for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial information to enable clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the customer's entire insurance mandate, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
- Lead the audit process from planning to completion of declarations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Participate in the implementation of the business plan within the working group, driving strategic growth and development.
- Collaborate with the client's finance team to ensure seamless execution of insurance mandates.
- Advise, train, and supervise certification staff to ensure expertise and quality.
- Help clients find solutions to their complex accounting needs, providing expert guidance and support.
- Work with clients and partners to resolve complex accounting issues, delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience working with a public practice accounting firm.
- Extensive understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
- Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills.
