About the Role

Bayshore Home Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Greater Hamilton Area. As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to clients in their homes, utilizing your expertise in complex care and wound management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled clinical care to clients in their homes, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and intravenous therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Teach and delegate tasks to client family members and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Updated immunization records and clear criminal background check
  • CPR certification
  • Leap Training and Palliative Certificate considered an asset
