Job Summary

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to prepare estimates
  • Utilize quantity take-off procedures to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cost estimates
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction estimation or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of CADD and other computer software systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
