Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Clerk to join our team at Amtex (YARN) Manufacturing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, providing information, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about services and products
- Maintain accurate records and statistics
- Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and selling merchandise
- Utilize computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bonus
