Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Quebec, with a focus on the Greater Montreal Area, Gatineau, and Ottawa. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, generating sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and needs assessment
  • Present our specialized fall protection products and services to potential customers
  • Follow up on tenders, negotiations, and project closures
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies
  • Identify and develop new markets to improve sales
  • Support the estimating team by making quotation visits
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Technical background in industry, aeronautics, construction, engineering, or similar field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel throughout Quebec, with 50-70% of time spent in the Greater Montreal Area
  • Bilingual, written and spoken
