Job Overview

This role is part of our Hybrid program, offering a 4-day in-office and 1-day remote work arrangement. As a corporate insurance development specialist, you will be responsible for driving income through sales activity with a robust commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Networking for new sales leads and building relationships within the community to generate future sales opportunities.
  • Understanding customer needs to provide comprehensive insurance policies that protect what matters most to them.
  • Educating and advising customers on Allstate's suite of insurance products – auto, property, and third-party coverage.
  • Participating in business and community events to build your own lead pipeline.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record of sales success with a strong ability to build your own lead pipelines.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • High motivation, target-driven mentality, and a commitment to delivering quality service to customers.
  • Excellent skills in generating new customer pipelines and working with CRM systems.
  • Proven relationship management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a team environment.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and performance. With a robust commission structure, your earning potential is unlimited. Additionally, you can expect paid vacation time, quarterly bonus programs, and access to training and licensing support.
