Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at U V CONN INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and use sales forecasting software
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Provide input into product design and consult with clients after sale
  • Resolve product and service related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and ability to travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales forecasting software
