Job Title: Tilesetters Supervisor

At BEST QUALITY TILE & STONE LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tilesetters Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of tilesetters and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of tilesetters to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets our high standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Recruit, train, and develop tilesetters to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs to the highest standards
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving project goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
