We are seeking a highly skilled Tilesetters Supervisor to join our team at Canadoo Tile & Floors Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of tilesetters and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 tilesetters to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that work meets the required standards.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe for employees.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
