Nursing Specialist for Home Care

Our team delivers exceptional care to over 72,000 patients annually across various settings, from homes to clinics and retirement homes.
CompensationThis part-time position offers a competitive wage grid that recognizes nursing skillset. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $65,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a registered nurse in our home care team, you will provide comprehensive nursing services to patients in their homes, clinics, or other community settings. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining effective care plans in collaboration with the Ontario Health atHome team.
- Delivering exceptional nursing services to patients, both in-person and virtually.
- Providing nursing care in various settings, including in-home, clinic, retirement home, or school environments.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A valid driver's license and vehicle, as regular travel is necessary.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- A current immunization record, including a two-step TB test.
