Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and developing rehabilitation care plans to support clients in remaining at home and in a comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation care plans to support their goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with PT Assistants and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Partner with clients' families and caregivers to build a holistic treatment plan that addresses their unique needs.
- Provide creative and adaptable solutions to complex problems that interfere with clients' ability to perform daily activities.
