Tax Preparer Specialist

We are a leading tax preparation company seeking an experienced Tax Preparer Specialist to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
Job DescriptionThe Tax Preparer Specialist will be responsible for preparing income tax returns for clients, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary (high) school graduation certificate preferred
- 1+ years of experience in tax preparation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including MS Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
This is an on-site position, requiring the ability to work from our physical location. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.
