At SOTI Inc, we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our MDM solutions. You'll work closely with our business and technology teams to define project requirements, scope, and delivery process and schedule.

About the Role:

  1. Develop, design, implement, support, and manage MDM solutions that meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and processes.
  2. Lead project teams in analysis of business needs, solution proposal, and delivery of SOTI One product implementations.
  3. Provide consultancy on projects and ensure smooth transition to Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Business and Technology teams to define project requirements, scope, and reach agreement on delivery process and schedule.
  2. Act as an expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of complete MDM solutions.
  3. Interface with Product teams and drive the development of custom solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field of study.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience (certifications such as CPM/MPM/PPM/PMP a plus).
  3. Previous consulting experience in a technical capacity.
  4. Minimum of 5 years experience in design/administration/monitoring Linux and Windows servers.
  5. Good working knowledge of Infrastructure services, Server hardware, Networking, and Databases.
  6. Technical writing (CPTC certification or similar a plus).
  7. Risk management (CRM/CRISK/ITIL Expert certifications a plus).
  8. Deployment/integration of MDM solutions a plus.
  9. Network/systems management or security.
  10. Mobility Management/Deployment.

Skills:

  1. Business and Process Analysis.
  2. Project Management.
  3. Knowledge of client-server networking and database management.
  4. Web server/application server administration.

  4. Experience with NMap/Nagios/Splunk or similar.
