Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Turnbull Nursing Home.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients' progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions
  • Consult with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing medical procedures
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Geriatrics experience preferred
