Appointment Setter Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Appointment Setter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting online leads into appointments, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and texts.
- Qualify inbound sales leads and convert them into appointments, utilizing your expertise and proven scripts.
- Keep information organized and update client notes daily in our CRM system.
- Ensure sales goals are met by tracking daily sales performance metrics and key indicators.
- Participate in regular meetings and ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Communicate regularly with the marketing and leadership team to provide feedback and insights.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- History of meeting and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on sales performance.
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with multiple CRMs and applications, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Ability to work from proven scripts, while also thinking on your feet and adapting to new situations.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
