About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the engineering industry, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Lead an effective business development strategy to identify and secure new clients, leveraging objective-based calling, meetings, and networking events.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a comprehensive database of qualified active and passive talent, staying up-to-date with industry trends and job market dynamics.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates, effectively communicating team vision and goals.
- Provide support, guidance, and expertise to existing and new team members, promoting a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically in the engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successful placement of technical candidates.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering results under pressure.
What We Offer:
- A competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
