Boxing Coach

We are seeking a skilled Boxing Trainer to join our team at Bisla Martial Arts. As a Boxing Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes. You will also motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events, analyze and evaluate their performance, and observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesWe are committed to creating a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees. As a Boxing Trainer, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting newcomers and refugees, providing diversity and cross-cultural training, and offering mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Indigenous PeopleWe are dedicated to supporting Indigenous people in their careers. As a Boxing Trainer, you will be responsible for offering mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, developing and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities, and providing cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
Support for Visible MinoritiesWe are committed to creating a welcoming work environment for visible minorities. As a Boxing Trainer, you will be responsible for applying hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, offering mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees, and providing diversity and cross-cultural training.
