About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in the Electrical & Automation Industry. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their electrical and automation systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve issues with electrical and automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Commissioning and Installation: Install and commission new electrical and automation systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Diploma or degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical and automation systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
