Join Our Team as a Service Technician

At Tesla, our Service Technicians play a crucial role in our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. As part of the largest technician team globally, you will collaborate with talented professionals in the automotive industry, working on innovative technology and advanced vehicles.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and repair tasks on various components of the Tesla product line.
  • Provide constructive feedback to design and engineering teams to enhance repair processes and product quality.
  • Engage with a collaborative and respectful approach in a dynamic work environment.
  • Utilize a company-provided laptop for diagnostics and access online training resources.
  • Document repairs accurately and comprehensively.
  • Maintain shop equipment and request replacements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure vehicles are cleaned and detailed to meet high standards.

Qualifications and Skills

What You Bring to the Table
  • A High School Diploma or an Associate Degree/Certificate, or relevant work experience in a technical field (e.g., aeronautics, engines, electrical systems).
  • Automotive Service Technicians License, or a willingness to pursue Technician Apprentice training.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred: Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification.
  • A strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • A valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver's license for Canada and a clean driving record.
