We manage over 320 million square feet of client portfolios across 30,000+ locations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia. Our services include:

  • Facility Operations and Maintenance
    • Managing the operations and maintenance activities for a portfolio of facilities
    • Ensuring facility uptime objectives are met
    • Creating and implementing annual facility management plans
  • Service Delivery Management
    • Resolving problems and conflicts with clients
    • Providing regular written and oral reports to ensure client satisfaction
    • Monitoring service delivery performance against established metrics
  • Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness, and Business Continuity
    • Executing emergency preparedness and business continuity plans
    • Collaborating with stakeholders on incident management requirements
  • Health, Safety, Environment, and Security
    • Ensuring ongoing compliance with health and safety legislation and requirements
    • Administering vendor safety-related accreditation and training
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients
    • Acting as the focal point of escalation for issues pertaining to facilities managed
  • Budget Development and Management
    • Developing and managing budgets for portfolio and project expenses
    • Collaborating with Finance to ensure affordability and budget management
  • Project Management
    • Developing and executing project plans and related estimated costs
    • Overseeing project delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education
    • Community college diploma or equivalent training
  • Experience
    • 1 to 3 years of facility management work experience
    • 3 to 5 years of facility-related work experience
  • Skills
    • Facility operations and maintenance management abilities
    • Service delivery management abilities
    • Budget management abilities
    • Client relationship management abilities
    • Project management abilities
    • Emergency preparedness and business continuity planning and execution abilities

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are working towards or have one or more of the following certifications:

  • Certified Facility Manager through International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
  • Certified Property Manager through Institute of Real Estate Management
  • Facility Management Administrator Designation through Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI)
  • Real Property Administrator through Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI)
