We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Lifemark - Feit Physiotherapy - Sydney Clinic.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, coordinating scheduling and medical records, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Coordinate scheduling and medical records
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork
  • Collect payment at the time of service
  • Track coverage for all funding streams
  • Complete data entry and billing
  • Coordinate courier packages and process incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and faxes
