About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, coordinating scheduling and medical records, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors upon arrival
- Coordinate scheduling and medical records
- Assist patients with completing paperwork
- Collect payment at the time of service
- Track coverage for all funding streams
- Complete data entry and billing
- Coordinate courier packages and process incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and faxes
