About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Vice President to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's sustainability strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint and promote social responsibility.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish and achieve sustainability objectives, and formulate policies and programs to support them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, promoting our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support our sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of environmental and social responsibility principles, and ability to apply them in a business context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
