Job Summary:

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking an experienced CNC Punch Programmer/Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a strong background in manufacturing, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up machines and ensure accurate production.
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes, utilizing PLC knowledge and automation to optimize machine performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or logistical problems that arise.
  • Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications and make adjustments as needed.
  • Train new employees on CNC Punch Machine operation and programming.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality in production.
  • Familiarity with RADAN of line programming and AMADA CNC punch machines.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
