Tigh Na Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre is a luxury resort offering exceptional service and amenities to its guests. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant who can provide exceptional cleaning services to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free environment.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and hygienic sleeping environment.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closet to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas as required.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and services offered by the resort.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including dental and health care plans, on-site amenities, and on-site housing options.
